TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "Road to the 2026 World Cup – Win 1 of 3 Trionda Mini Balls" PROMOTION
This promotion is organized by Fan Zone Pambol and will be governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. ORGANIZER
The promotion is organized by Fan Zone Pambol through its online store:

2. VALIDITY
The promotion will be valid for purchases made from 00:00 on June 1, 2026, to 23:59 on July 19, 2026, Mexico Central Time.
3. PARTICIPANTS
All individuals who make a valid purchase during the promotion period and meet the requirements established in these terms and conditions may participate.
The promotion is valid exclusively for orders with delivery within Mexican territory.
4. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
All orders that meet the following requirements will automatically participate:
- Placed during the promotion period.
- Include at least one product identified by Fan Zone Pambol as a World Cup product.
- Successfully paid.
- Not canceled, refunded, or subject to chargeback.
- Have a delivery address within Mexico.
There is no minimum purchase amount.
Each valid order generates an independent entry.
Examples: - 1 valid order = 1 entry. - 2 valid orders = 2 entries. - 5 valid orders = 5 entries.
Each order is considered an individual entry regardless of the total purchase amount.
5. ACCUMULATIVE PARTICIPATION SYSTEM
All valid orders will participate in the first available draw after their purchase date.
If an order is not a winner, it will automatically remain in all remaining draws of the promotion.
Example:
A customer who makes a purchase on June 12: - Participates on June 21. - If they don't win, they participate again on July 4. - If they don't win, they participate again on July 25.
A customer who makes a purchase on July 10: - Only participates in the draw on July 25.
6. PRIZES
First Draw: - 1 Trionda Mini Ball
Second Draw: - 1 Trionda Mini Ball
Third Draw: - 1 Trionda Mini Ball
Total prizes: - 3 Trionda Mini Balls
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other products.
7. DRAW DATES
- Draw 1: June 21, 2026, cutoff June 20.
- Draw 2: July 4, 2026, cutoff July 3.
- Draw 3: July 25, 2026, cutoff July 19.
If, due to technical or force majeure reasons, it becomes necessary to modify a date, Fan Zone Pambol will communicate it through its official channels.
8. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected using a drawing application with a random selection system.
Each entry will have the same probability of winning.
Fan Zone Pambol may record the selection process via screenshots, video, or recording for transparency purposes.
The determination of winners will be final.
9. WINNER PARTICIPATION
Once an order is a winner, that order will be automatically removed from the remaining draws and will not be able to participate again.
The winning customer may re-enter subsequent draws only by placing a new valid order within the promotion period.
10. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners may be announced through:
- Fan Zone Pambol website.
- Official social media.
- Email.
- Other official communication channels of the brand.
By participating in the promotion, the customer agrees that their first name, initial of their last name, or username may be used to communicate the draw results.
11. CONTACTING WINNERS
Fan Zone Pambol will contact winners using the information provided at the time of purchase.
The winner must respond within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the first contact attempt.
If the winner does not respond within that period, Fan Zone Pambol may select a new winner using the same random mechanism.
12. PRIZE DELIVERY
Prizes will be sent at no additional cost to the winner.
Prizes will only be sent to addresses located within Mexican territory.
The shipping method will be determined by Fan Zone Pambol.
13. INVALID ENTRIES
The following will not participate:
- Canceled orders.
- Refunded orders.
- Orders with chargebacks.
- Orders considered fraudulent.
- Orders placed outside the validity period.
- Orders without World Cup products.
- Orders with false or incomplete information.
- Orders with delivery outside Mexico.
Fan Zone Pambol reserves the right to invalidate any entry that violates these terms and conditions.
14. MODIFICATIONS AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Fan Zone Pambol may make reasonable adjustments to the promotion's operation in the event of technical errors, operational problems, or force majeure situations.
15. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of the promotion, order processing, customer service, and communication with winners.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
